I have always loved dancing but it was a short red hear by the name of Sarah Barlow that introduced me to random dance parties in the car. Grab an iced coffee, roll your windows down and play your favorite or funny tunes and just dance. I now do this randomly at home because after all working from home is stressful sometimes. You actually don’t see the daylight, you work hard and you deserve a break. Get out of your chair, blast the music, and dance away because life is too short not to dance like no one is watching.
